Wireless communications are usually supported by all Apple products. If you want to connect your iPhone to an HP printer, you'll need a printer that supports wireless connections. If you have already connected your devices and are wondering why iPhone won't print to HP printer, follow the steps below:
- Ascertain that your printer and Apple device are both connected to the same wireless network. Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on your Apple device and that the name of your local WIFI network has a checkmark next to it. Because without it you cannot know how to print from HP printer.
- You can also go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware for additional details. Remove and re-add the printer if you're printing with HP Smart App. If the problem persists, try printing with AirPrint.
- Further, clear network and hardware fault states and restart all devices. Turn off and then turn back your printer. Disconnect the router's power cable for ten seconds, then reconnect it and wait for the internet connection to complete. Restart your phone or tablet after turning it off.
